Hi. I’m Pam. This is a fairly bare-bones site that looks full of action due to web2.0 trickery. It is the latest in a long string of attempts to maintain a pseudoprofessional web presence. I go back and forth and in circles about what I want to use this blog for, and I continue to have no idea.

I recognize this is the internet, and that I have no way of controlling what happens to the things I write and post once they’re out there. However, on this blog, I have crowned myself a king of infinite space, and moderate all comments to enforce the following rule: Don’t be a dick. I will maintain this as a safe space for women, and so if your comments are derailing, trolly, obnoxious, entitled, or just plain annoying, I’m not going to publish them. Instead, I will delete them and my friends and I will mock you behind your back.

That said! Other vital tidbits you should add to your List Of Pam Facts include: I live in the Chicago area, I’m a test engineer for an online marketing company (i.e., I write stuff in python), I have two cats, and I really really REALLY love delicious. Also, I go to a lot of concerts, and lately seem to spend as much of my time in Canada as in Chicago.
