Hi. I’m Pam. This is a fairly bare-bones site that looks full of action due to technological trickery. It is the latest in a long string of attempts to maintain a non-journal web presence. I went in circles for a long time about what I was going to do with this site, and it seems to have settled into a music blog.

I recognize this is the internet, and that I have no way of controlling what happens to the things I write and post once they’re out there. However, on this blog, I have crowned myself a king of infinite space, and moderate all comments to enforce the following rule: Don’t be a dick. If your comments are derailing, trolly, obnoxious, entitled, or just plain annoying, I’m not going to publish them. Instead, I will delete them and my friends and I will mock you behind your back.

That said! Other vital tidbits you should add to your List Of Pam Facts include: I live in the Chicago area with three cats; I love metadata, hockey, and rock & roll; I take pictures but am not a photographer; I’m working on a novel; and if you like Batman more than Iron Man, I can’t date you.
